Basic Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

CSA bag oyster mushrooms, rinsed and chopped

1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

 

Preparation:

Heat butter or oil in heavy skillet or saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.

 

Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring often, until mushrooms are tender 5-7 minutes.
